Manage your Submissions

Here we breakdown the how and where you can manage your send submissions.

Trackstack gives you powerful tools to track every submission you send, monitor how recipients interact with your tracks, and understand your overall network engagement. This section covers how to navigate your Sent, Activity, and Insights tabs to manage your outbound submissions effectively.

Sent

The Sent tab shows every submission you’ve sent to other inboxes. Here you can review:

  • The recipient inbox

  • The profile you sent from

  • Submission status (In Review, Not for me, Supported, Shortlisted, etc.)

  • Engagement metrics:

    • Plays

    • Downloads

    • Comments

    • Time since submission

This gives you a clear overview of how each submission is progressing.

Submission Status

Each submission displays its current status, such as:

  • In Review — the recipient has received it but not yet responded

  • Supported — they’ve marked the track as supported

  • Shortlisted — the track is under consideration

  • Not for me — the recipient declined

Statuses help you understand where your track stands at a glance.

Filtering & Sorting

You can sort your submissions by:

  • Newest first

  • Oldest first

And if you have multiple profiles/workspaces, you can switch between them or set a default sending profile.

Activity

The Activity tab consolidates all Positive Interactions that recipients make on your submissions. We believe any and all interactions on your track is positive in your progress as a Trackstack user. These interactions include:

  • Plays

  • Downloads

  • Comments

  • Supports

  • Shortlists

  • Revisions requested (if applicable)

This view helps you stay on top of new engagement without having to check each submission individually.

Insights

Insights give you analytics on how your tracks perform over time, helping you understand your reach, network impact, and audience engagement.

Momentum Score

Your momentum score is a unique metric that helps track not just how well you're progressing but how consistent you are with sending tracks. We believe that sending consistency is more important that irregular shortlists or supports. Building better relationships is about showing commitment to DJs and labels you want to get supported and signed by.

How the score works

  • Recent momentum: your 3‑month average of positive interactions (plays, downloads, supports, shortlists).

  • Personal baseline: compared against your own best period — not anyone else’s.

  • Score (0–100): higher = closer to your personal best right now.

  • Delta (pts): change vs the previous period. Green means momentum is building.

How to read it

  • Excellent: Top range for your recent history

  • Strong: Above your typical level

  • Building: Making steady progress

  • Emerging: Early stage — keep sending and following up

Based on positive interactions from your sent submissions.
