The Billing section allows you to manage your subscription, payment details, usage limits, and workspace capacity. All billing is handled securely through Stripe, where you will be redirected to update cards, change payment methods, or manage invoices.
Subscription Management
Inside Billing, you can:
View your current plan
Upgrade or change your subscription
Cancel or pause your plan
See renewal dates and billing periods
All changes apply immediately to the current workspace.
Payment Information (via Stripe)
Trackstack uses Stripe to securely manage all payments and billing information.
When updating your billing details, you will be taken to a Stripe-hosted page where you can:
Add or remove payment cards
Change your default payment method
Update billing details or address
View billing summaries handled by Stripe
Stripe ensures your payment information is encrypted and fully secure.
Usage & Workspace Capacity
Your Billing dashboard also shows important usage information that helps you manage your plan effectively:
Submission Usage
See how many submission credits you’ve used this month and when your credit balance resets (shown as a countdown in days). Useful for planning promo campaigns or large submission pushes.
Team Member Seats
View how many team members your plan allows and how many seats you currently have available. This makes it easy to know whether you can invite more collaborators or need to upgrade.
Inbox Profiles
Check the number of inbox profiles included in your plan and how many you still have available. Perfect for users who manage multiple artists, labels, or side projects under the same workspace.
Billing History
You can access and download invoices at any time.
Billing history includes:
All past charges
PDF invoice downloads
Dates and amounts billed
Stripe invoice identifiers for accounting
This ensures full transparency and easy financial record-keeping.
Submission Credits Overview
Billing also includes a breakdown of your submission credits:
Current balance
Monthly allowance
Renewal date
Total submissions available
This helps you understand how many tracks you can still send out before the monthly reset.
